So I tried the program you suggested, and it also could not copy the file, but checking the log revealed a "cyclic redundancy" error, with a "code 23"; researching this seems to suggest the file may be corrupted in some way, but if that is the case, why am I not having any problem playing NukaWorld quests in vanilla Fallout 4 albeit an oddity when playing the NukaWorld Family Radio message, I couldn't hear the message, but after a minute, I got the quest message that follows?
Should I maybe try uninstalling, then reinstalling vanilla Fallout 4? EDIT: Actually, after originally sending this message, I decided to run the file integrity checker in Steam, and what do you know, one file in Fallout 4 failed the integrity check, and had to be "reacquired". I didn't notice any of those issues when I tested this method and the issue with copying files is not directly related to Fallout 4, more to do with your OS. My recommendation is to use a program called "TeraCopy" which will override the Windows copy protocol.
