The phone is used on occasion, but now that I need it as I am out of the country in the US and not in Canada and relying on it to actually work, it just died after two weeks. I have tried all the usual troubleshooting steps and even went to a cell phone repair place nearby and they could not figure it out either. It was not the battery either. I am extremely dissappointed in this LG product.
